About
The Owners
Bob & Tina Papke are high-school sweethearts, turned business executives, turned Pacific City locals. After dropping their youngest son off at college in 2011, Bob and Tina stopped in Pacific City to visit with friends. It was that weekend that they fell in love with Pacific City, bought their PC home, and planned to settle in PC once they retired. But in 2020 they decided it was time to make Pacific City their permanent residence despite not being ready for retirement.

Behind the Bar
When Bob and Tina decided to settle in Pacific City, they wanted to do so in a way that would give back to the community they fell in love with. Along with purchasing property to provide long-term housing to locals, they wanted to start a business that welcomes both locals and visitors alike. True hosts at heart, it seemed natural to create an environment where guests can relax and share the love of the west coast through wine, beer, and local foods.
Thus the idea for PC Pour was born.
Bob and Tina have collectively visited hundreds of wineries across the world and are excited to share the beauty of west coast wines with guests.
